Gali has worked in the health and fitness industry for the past 10 years, having completed a degree in Human Movement and Exercise Science. Her extensive experience includes work as a trainer, both in the health club setting and in the army as a combat fitness instructor. Her clients include people of all age groups from teenagers to the elderly. Through her work she found that the best and fastest way to achieve meaningful and long-term results is to combine exercise with life coaching. This led her to pursue her diploma in life coaching.
