Core Strength Training and Pilates

Core strength training is important for power, posture, agility, and stability. A strong core will enable you to undertake weight-bearing movements and prevent injury by building back and abdominal strength. It also promotes good posture, which consequently alleviates back pains.

Having a strong core will help you to get the most out of your chiropractic treatment. A professional instructor will guide you, step by step, on how to identify and engage your core muscles in your day-to-day activities, as well as provide you with specialised exercises to continually improve the strength of your core and your posture. Core classes are tailored to your requirements, and are either one-on-one or up to two clients per class. 

For those who feel ready after 3 or 4 sessions, you are free to continue at home, or for those that feel they need more instruction or prefer the structure of a class, ongoing classes are available.
